One Nation One Subscription (ONOS) Initiative

The One Nation One Subscription (ONOS) initiative, launched by the Government of India, aims to democratize access to high-quality scholarly research across the nation. Effective from January 1, 2025, ONOS provides country-wide access to over 13,000 international high-impact scholarly research articles and journal publications to students, faculty, and researchers of all Higher Education Institutions and Research & Development Institutions managed by the central and state governments. This initiative aligns with the vision of making India self-reliant (Atmanirbhar) and achieving a developed nation status by 2047.
